About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant in Lending Servicing as a part of our Commercial Banking Operations Division. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Focus on technology and automation opportunities for the Lending Servicing organization, driving a vision for the future-state of our organization

  • Establish routines to work with Lending Servicing leaders and teams to identify and prioritize tech/automation opportunity "pipelines"

  • Partner closely with product teams and advocate for Lending Servicing needs

  • Assist with implementation of identified solutions

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational

  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy, Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working on a technology, automation, or product team

  • Experience working with AI

  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Sound project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

  • Ability to work across multiple lines of business leading large scale initiatives

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

  • Operations experience

  • Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization

  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas

  • Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Excellent independent thinking skills

  • Prior experience and/or understanding of Commercial Banking Operations fundamentals, including product and service capabilities, organizational structure and alignment, and internal process/systems/data
