Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions, Inc. (a Taylor Company) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst.The position is responsible for providing timely and accurate financial guidance and analytics to various levels of management in support of key decision making to achieve the company's financial and operational objectives. Position reports to the Vice President, Finance of Venture Solutions, Inc. YourResponsibilities: Lead the monthly forecasting process and the annual budgeting processes by working with individual department leaders to gather and document business assumptions. Provide timely and accurate analysis of financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the Company leadership and other personnel in performing their responsibilities Create, update, and maintain financial models supporting future revenue and expense projections. Partner with business leaders to develop capital justification documentation for executive leader review and approval Analyze company operations to identify opportunities for improved financial performance Create monthly and quarterly variable compensation calculations You Must Have: Bachelors' Degree in Finance or Accounting 6+ yearsprogressive financial analysis experience Proven track record of success and being a self-starter; results oriented Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze details and identify financial opportunities Excellent organizational, communication,andinterpersonal skills with all levels of organization Advanced experience in Excel; knowledge of enterprise financial and reporting systems (Oracle Cloud) required Possess a collaborative style with the ability to work and communicate effectively with peers and management We Would Also Prefer: Manufacturing accounting experience Accounting/GAAP knowledge Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate meetings with strong presentation skills About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
