Eide Bailly Senior ERP Implementation Lead Consultant - Microsoft Business Central in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Location: Physical location anywhere in the continental US or Canada. Work Options: Remote (with occasional travel expectations to client sites) A Day in the Life A typical day as a Senior Implementation Lead Business Central Consultant may include: Lead D365 full Business Central implementation engagements from beginning to end, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel throughout implementation. Effectively and timely support clients with advanced technical support issues and needs. Mentor/act as team lead alongside other functional consultants. Lead and manage various clients concurrently with aggressive timelines to achieve objectives including client satisfaction and implementation profitability. Partner/mentor with other consultants to assess client implementation needs, craft innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains and implement these plans to exceed the client's expectations. Outline implementation objectives, issues, findings and recommendations in a variety of client situations. Work with technical developers (solution architects) on potential customizations to the product. This role does not require programming/development. Maintain awareness of technical trends and issues in the area of ERP products and applies that knowledge to client issues and solutions. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology or work-related experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (this is a client-facing role) At least 6 years of experience (preferably 10 years ) full-cycle implementation experience directly with NAV/Business Central (minimum 15 full implementations start to end) You enjoy troubleshooting implementations and providing support by developing business solutions. You have a strong understanding of accounting knowledge. An understanding of process manufacturing and have experience with process manufacturing ERP (preferred) You enjoy collaborating across multiple departments. Compensation Base salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 (additional flexibility for ideal candidate) Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
