Ameriprise Financial, Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant, Business Systems Analyst - Tech, in Minneapolis, MN, to define the strategy and approach for requirements development and management at the release or program level and to facilitate the business analysis planning process. Key Responsibilities Provide insight and options for analyzing business needs and producing tangible requirements, lead efforts in gathering and defining business requirements for strategic enterprise releases or programs, identify release/program interdependencies and communicate requirement/scope issues and participate in driving them to resolution. Provide governance oversight to ensure all program/release requirements are met. Salary Range: $123,843 - $143,600. 100% remote work permitted from anywhere within the U.S. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of progressively responsible experience leading requirements and testing for large initiatives in the Life Insurance business domain. 7 years of experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation, and documentation with DocSource (or an alternate knowledge management tool such as SharePoint or Confluence), JIRA, Clarity, MS Office, MS Visio, and HP Quality Center.
