Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a contract with our client in Minneapolis. 60% Remote. Job Description: Our client seeks two experienced Senior Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to join their team immediately. As a Senior BSA, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects forward within the financial services and banking domain. The ideal candidates will possess a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate through a diverse range of personalities. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and vendor partners, particularly in the financial services and banking sector, to deliver on key projects. Lead the analysis and documentation of requirements for various initiatives, with a focus on a primary project involving a Savings Account Product. Utilize regulatory banking knowledge to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Work closely with vendor partners to understand and manage savings account data, including aspects like Interest Rate fluctuations. Engage in data integration, API understanding, and data mapping activities to support technical implementations. Drive projects forward within a Waterfall environment, while also possessing an understanding of Agile methodologies for effective collaboration. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the financial services and banking sector. Strong understanding of savings account products and associated data dynamics. Proficiency in documentation and requirements gathering. Familiarity with Waterfall methodologies; understanding of Agile principles is advantageous.
