Allied National Services Retail Price Book Analyst in Minneapolis, Minnesota

We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Manager/Price Book Analyst. This position requires leadership and supervisory skills to be able to direct other team members and maintain the POS price book on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and ensures pricing accuracy in the POS system, as well customer service driven to provide support for questions and concerns on pricing issues that arise. As Retail Operations Manager/Price Book Analyst you will be responsible for: Price Book maintenance. Reviewing Price Book documentation (i.e., invoices, product listings, promotion and ordering). Overseeing the set-up and maintenance of all non-fuel vendors, promotions, and items sold at the convenience store. Providing technical advice and guidance to ownership. Reviewing and implementing tax and taxability changes in the POS system. Acting as POS software vendor liaison including communicating unresolved issues and other Price Book related topics to vendors. Ensuring effective Price Book internal controls are in place and are performed correctly. Provides support and resources as necessary to effectively implement Price Book updates Performing other duties as assigned.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' supervisory and retail/convenience store or office experience. Must possess accurate and efficient typing skills. Must be highly self-motivated and have superior attention to detail. Must be able to work in a fast paced retail/convenience store environment, with a high degree of accuracy. Must be able to concentrate on tasks at hand and avoid distractions. Must be a team player and still able to work independently. Time management is also critical. Prior retail/convenience store management and invoicing experience is extremely helpful.
