Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules. To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and at least 4-6 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living and multi-family experience preferred). You will really stand out if you: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and Procore and other management tool Managed projects from ground up to completion on project values $40M - $60M Must have experience building in or around the Seattle area Communicate proactively and effectively, focus on customers, and display a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity Eligibility Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act for positions located in Washington. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts based on a variety of factors including experience, education, and other job-related reasons.
