Our manufacturing company is looking for a Project Coordinator. This role is: - 40 hours/week - Freelance to Full-Time - Hybrid onsite 3 days/week in Minneapolis This is an exciting role for someone that wants to work with a reputable brand, their agency of record, and in a small in-house team, and grow their PM skills. The ideal Project Coordinator will have: - 1+ years' of experience as Marketing/Project Coordinator in the marketing or paid media space - Someone that has a basic understanding of marketing campaigns and paid media - Detail-oriented, tenacious spirit - Experience working in a project management software is ideal - client uses Monday.com specifically! - Bonus if this person has worked in a Paid Media software Primary responsibilities: - Work with their agency of record that handles their paid media execution, ensuring deadlines are met for all projects - Help to create tracking sheets and managing the tracking process from start to finish with each project - Working with vendors to assist in processing invoices and Media Billing Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
