Aerotek Production Worker in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Great opportunity for a career in working with Chemicals that make our world a better place.

Description:

  • The person in this position will work as a Production worker in a chemical environment

  • What the job entails is: load and unload trucks, stage for shipments, move product with a sit down forklift, correctly label product and some chemical filling as well.

  • This facility focuses primarily in handling chemicals products and putting them in the correct areas

  • The person in this position will either fill tanks with chlorine or they will clean/empty pre-used tanks and get them ready to be filled again.

Work Environment: is a dirty environment, but clean for the work that they do. A lot of opportunity for growth within company.

Candidates will also be provided protective wear, face shields, glasses and full rubber suits if they ever handle the chemicals.

This is a chemical environment, it typically will smell of ammonia or Chlorine.

M-F 7:00am- 3:00pm are the core hours. There will be Overtime. Pay: $22-$28/hr

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 plus years of production/manufacturing experience

- 3 plus years of experience on a sit down forklift

- Ability to read a tape measure

- Must be able to follow instructions, take orders

- Must be safety oriented
