Our healthcare client is looking for a Product Manager in a long-term freelance capacity! This role is: - 40 hours/week - Fully Remote - Ongoing for the foreseeable future, potential to convert to full-time The ideal Product Manager: - Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role - Proficient in the Salesforce platform, particularly in Salesforce Community Experience and Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Able to breakdown complex problems and implement strategic solutions - Can communicate with a wide variety of key stakeholders - Incredibly process oriented; able to utilize previous experience to review existing processes/protocols and provide recommendations on how to improve - Able to introduce themselves to key stakeholders, ask about their issues within the product and find best solutions - Experience in healthcare, non-profit, and/or pharmaceutical industries is helpful, but not required Product Manager Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between their IT and marketing teams - in particular, need someone that can translate technical language to more digestible language - Serve as a product evangelist throughout the organization and with key stakeholders to create buy-in, as well as build awareness and credibility - Help set the product vision and strategy, and develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects the priorities of the organization, as well as our customers, while also delivering on their strategic initiatives - Meet with different stakeholders in the organization to provide enhancements to their two Salesforce Products, Salesforce Community Experience and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Act as a liaison between their IT and marketing teams - in particular, need someone that can translate technical language to more digestible language - Lead cross functional teams responsible for driving product development, help to prioritize backlogs and roadmap items and manage the health of the product portfolio Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
