RBC Operations Associate III - Corporate Actions in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? As a Corporate Actions Associate III, one of your core responsibilities will be to the processing of all DWAC's for voluntary corporate action instructions, conversions, and corporate buybacks. This position also assists with inquiries from the field via salesforce and phone calls. What will you do Assists clients with DWAC related transactions. Responds to client inquiries regarding DWAC's, optional dividend reversals, and PREM via phone or email. Provide customer service support to US Wealth Management, and Custody and Clearing Advisors for corporate action related inquiries and escalations. Resolves complaints from clients pertaining to banking services and provides follow-up calls when necessary. Keeps records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, DWAC's, and actions taken, etc., as well as banking service transactions performed. What do you need to succeedMust-Have High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of work-related experience Ability to handle multiple deadlines throughout the day, process daily tasks quickly and efficiently and respond to client queries promptly. Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to efficiently work with a variety of personalities. Excellent organizational, and time management skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to maintain high quality of work and superior client service, while enforcing regulations Nice-To-Have Bachelor's degree with emphasis on finance or equivalent work experience.
