Breakthru Beverage Group Operations Administrator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Overview

The Operations Administrator will be responsible for receiving, data entry, inventory tasks, and product replenishment. The main function of this position is to support all warehouse functions.

Schedule

Tue-Sat 8AM-4:30PM

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the receiving schedule, working with purchasing, trade, operations, and carriers

  2. Complete daily data entry of various spreadsheets for the delivery and operation teams

  3. Re-warehouse product as needed, including updating the WMS and ERP systems as required. Must be able to operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment.

  4. Perform inventory control tasks, including determining sufficient pick volume available each evening, relocating product in the warehouse(s), and assisting with cycle counts and physical inventories.

  5. Provide excellent customer service to vendors, employees, customers, and suppliers via email, in person, or on the phone.

  6. Assist with other warehouse and delivery tasks as needed.

  7. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or warehouse role

  • Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software

  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills

  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines

  • Analytic and Reporting skills

  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment

  • Possess a valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone

Competencies:

  • Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.

  • Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
