Job Description

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Master Web Access Management / IAM Engineer with our client in Minneapolis, MN. Open to local candidates only that can be hybrid onsite.

Looking for a Master Web Access Management / IAM Engineer, candidates must have experience with the following:

  • Designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining our web access system in coordination with the enterprise IAM and security team.

  • Partner with project and application teams on the setup and maintenance of access patterns as well as single sign-on connections

  • Acts as a Liaison with clients and vendors in the SSO set up process

  • Build, run and provide subject matter expertise for IAM solutions

  • Communicate enterprise standards, best practices, changes in the security landscapes to relevant constituents

  • Guide and coach the team on best practices and maintaining products supporting secure legacy and modern authentication protocols.

  • Collaborating with enterprise architects, engineers/analysts, solution designers and lead integration efforts to meet business and functional needs.

  • Coordinate troubleshooting and extended issues resolution not completed by the application and support teams.

  • Stay abreast of trends in the IAM and access management space and help drive adoption of new tools and security concepts

  • Build and maintain relationships with other departments and business units work on future web access management related projects and learning new technologies/processes

  • Assist in the administrative tasks for applications as required

  • Ensure process and technical documentation is maintained and up to date

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 +years of technical Identify and Access Management experience.

  • 8 + years of cumulative experience in engineering, development and/or support of IT Systems

  • Experience with IAM Technologies and Processes (Federated Authentication, Web Single Sign On, SAML/OAuth, OpenID Connect, Web Access Management (WAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  • Past Implementation or migration between Access Management solutions

  • Ability to thrive in an environment with competing priorities and the ability to adjust priority to match business demands.

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, communication proficiency, continuous learning, customer/client focus, developing others, positive attitude, problem solving, relationship building, thoroughness, and time management.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SiteMinder, PingFederate, Okta For access management.

  • Past work with SAML, Oauth and OIDC federated authentication

  • Server and network administration (both concept and practical) in Either windows or Unix

  • Certification CIAM or vendor specific training programs

  • Familiarity with Azure Identity Management and administration of the tools

  • Comfort level in collaborating with and presenting ideas to large groups.

  • Third-party candidates will not be considered.
