We are looking for a skilled Marketing Account Manager who will foster partnerships with internal product and brand marketing clients. You will operate as the primary point of contact to support internal partner marketing needs, facilitating intake to the internal agency.

Responsibilities

  • Understand marketing strategy for assigned business areas.

  • Take in campaign briefs and marketing tactic requests, ensuring a clear picture of the work to be done, in partnership with the team Producer.

  • Oversee the creative process, from briefing to presentation, and production through implementation.

  • Work as a go-between for the creative team and business units.

  • Translate tactical needs to Documents of Record, ensuring seamless project details are handed off to populate the marketing work management platform.

  • Build campaigns into SFDC, following naming conventions to ensure reporting requirements.

  • Coordinate campaign brief kick-off calls with designers, copywriters, digital team members, automation specialists and web team members to ensure alignment with the brief.

  • Assist the internal agency team and internal clients navigate unclear or competing priorities, with an eye toward maximizing resources and delivering high-quality deliverables.

  • Manage campaign data and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure all deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • 5+ years of account management experience

  • Experience working within a creative / marketing agency is preferred.

  • Proven experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
