Job Description Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Maintenance Technician (Roving) to join our team in Minneapolis! If this describes you, we encourage you to apply today. Some things you can expect to do: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems. Coordinate and oversee vendor work. Perform general repairs/adjustments to building systems, lighting, and plumbing. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants. You have a high school degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of successful maintenance experience in a commercial environment. You have a clear driving record, basic knowledge of computer applications, and ability to lift 50 lbs. You must also be able to work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions. You will really stand out if you: Have a knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to make needed adjustments and general repairs.
