Job Description This position is responsible for all aspects of building maintenance, repairs, and improvements. The Manager researches and hires contractors as needed to help complete tasks that may arise. Ensures maintenance staff begins work on time and is briefed on priorities and assignments. Responsible for opening/closing procedures (i.e., doors un/locked, machines and lights on/off). Standardizes routine preventative maintenance program as it pertains to individual production assets and assigns maintenance staff to perform routine duties. Assists staff in correcting issues that require follow-up. Completes all maintenance staff performance reviews in timely manner. Sources ways to simplify tasks for maintenance; Recommends changes and implements as appropriate.
