Job Information

TEKsystems Insurance Sales Agent (Hybrid) in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description:

  • Develop and manage pipeline of warm and incoming leads from call-in's, online inquiries, walk ins, referrals, etc.

  • Quote and sell multiple different insurance lines / products to customers

  • Establish sales and marketing plans to further drive new customers and retain existing ones

  • Meet with customers face-to-face and virtually to answer any questions they have

  • Communicate membership features, benefits, upgrades and add on options

  • Identify opportunities for company insurance products to Discount and Rewards programs

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma

  • Property and Casualty insurance License required (if inactive, must be willing to reactive upon accepting offer)

  • 2+ years of insurance sales and experience

  • Additional bonus every 6 months if they're hitting their metrics

  • There isn't really a lot of need for cold calls and lead generation right now - there is a significant amount of leads coming in daily via phone, walk-in, and online inquires that they will be given

Work Environment

  • Hybrid - 3 days a week in office

  • Hours: 8:30 - 5 p.m.; Monday - Friday
