Position Summary As the Global Web Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the organization's online engagement, and business outcomes through our web presence. You will plan and maintain the global business website strategies, overseeing platforms for SEO, lead generation, and ecommerce. This role is the business owner of our global web technology stack and supports web technology upgrades by working closely with vendors and IT to align on planning, timing, and funding. Collaboration is key, as the Global Web Manager interacts daily with IT, Marketing Operations colleagues, external agencies, and regional business partners. Additionally, leading an internal marketing web team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Website Strategy and Roadmap: Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategic plan and roadmap for the organization's global websites, serving as the key business application owner, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and marketing goals. Collaboration with global IT and regional marketing teams to ensure successful execution, results, and course corrections as needed. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Oversee efforts to optimize global websites for search engines, ensuring high visibility and ranking in search results. Stay up to date on SEO best practices and work with teams to implement new strategies to improve organic search performance. Lead Generation: Develop plans to optimize site conversions to generate leads via global websites. Collaborate with the content team and regional marketing teams to implement lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization. E-commerce: Manage and enhance the e-commerce functionality of the website. Maintain a key focus on the customer experience, to help ensure a seamless online shopping experience. Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities. Web security and stability: Work closely with the IT department to ensure the website's technical infrastructure is robust, secure, and aligned with business needs. Collaborate with external agencies for specialized services, leveraging their expertise to enhance website performance. Ensure the website adheres to industry best practices, legal requirements, and compliance standards. Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in web management. Regional Business Partn r Alignment: Collaborate with regional business partners to understand specific needs and requirements. Customize website strategies and initiatives to meet regional business goals while maintaining a cohesive global approach. Marketing Web Team Management: Lead and manage an internal marketing web team, providing guidance and support for day-to-day operations. Interpersonal and Behavior Skills: In addition to the general responsibilities, the following are requisite interpersonal and behavioral skills for the position: Hands-on, self-motivated, and organized leader focused on delivering high volumes of quality work and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficient in new tools and ability to stay up to date on emerging and ever-changing trends in the industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet the company's collective goals. Self-starter who is passionate and can develop, manage, communicate, and present their own projects as well as set deadlines and work within timelines. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with both peers and executives. A forward-thinking problem-solver who understands business and marketing strategy and is business-focused and people-centered. Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field. 7-10 years of marketing and website management experience. Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Experience directly managing others including performance management. Experience with Web technologies/languages such as HTML5, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web servers, etc. Knowledge and experience with platforms and tools such as AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Sharepoint, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing AdWords, Workfront, Jira, Confluence and Google Search Console. Knowledge and experience with SEO, paid search and other digital marketing strategies and techniques for better search engine rankings that drive more traffic. Begin your journey with us.
