WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): This position oversees the proactive management of the enterprise wide fleet and facilities programs, including the execution of an energy management program in support of the Office of Sustainability. The position works closely with operations leadership to create, communicate, execute, and sustain the fleet and facilities operations program in alignment with enterprise strategies and plans. Coordinates input from all major business units and internal partners to establish and continuously improve the fleet and facilities programs. Influences achievement of fleet and facilities goals across the enterprise through training, development of tools and resources, and providing subject matter expertise to the operations teams. Acts as a main line of support for DCOOs and RCOOs in navigating complex fleet and facilities issues. Creates a culture of data driven decision making throughout the operations function by encouraging the use of automation, dashboards and trend analysis to forecast operational needs, enhance performance management and protect the life-cycle of critical Red Cross Assets. Fosters strong partnerships across the enterprise across to ensure the fleet and facilities program continues to meet the mission delivery needs of the Red Cross. This position reports to and works to perform these functions according to the direction provided by the Vice President, Humanitarian Services Operations who also provides personnel development. This position is a remote position. You may work your local time and work across time zones as needed. Standard work schedule is M-F 8am -5pm. The salary range for this position is $ 111,320.000 -$ 131,560.00. This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.
