Stoneridge Software is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant to lead implementation efforts for D365 SCM inour Dynamics 365 F&O consulting services team. As part of a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for business process and application design, mapping to client business requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals within supply chain management. The core part of our team's mission is to help our clients win. This role will require in-depth D365 SCM and Manufacturing implementation experience as well as someone who is passionate about continuing to learn and grow while helping others be successful. From gathering requirements through guiding our clients through best practices, you will play a key part of our mission to ensure our clients' success. This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States A Day in the Life On new and/or existing implementations, design the supply chain solution and perform setup for the client's including business processes, system configuration, customization, and integration with third party applications. Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of process design, software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs. Serves as a contributor within our implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal and execution plan that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs. Provides leadership and technical guidance in supply chain management and proactively identifies risks and mitigation plans within respective functional area Maintains knowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare solutions. Communicates complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills. Performs demonstrations of D365 SCM to clients as part of project execution as part of our proof of concept, Joint Process Design methodology. Mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants Embrace and leverage a collaborative approach across a multitude of roles and situations Foster and champion psychological safety and a positive team environment Create internal documentation, generate blog content and contribute to organizational/practice focused continuous improvement activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related industry fields or equivalent work experience 3+ Years leading D365 F&SCM module implementations 5+ years of consulting experience At least 2 full life cycle D365 F&SCM implem ntations, focused within the Supply Chain Management modules Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements and streamline/automate business processes Experience specializing within the following D365 F&SCM modules: Advanced Warehouse / Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Inventory Valuation and Closing, Logistics, Product Information Management, Product Returns and/or Supply Chain Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to periodically meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.
