Fox Rothschild LLP is looking for a Docketing Clerk to assist our IP Attorneys. This position requires extreme attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Duties and Responsibilities: Performs data entry into computerized docket system to generate due dates and reminders. Responsible for analyzing incoming correspondence related to the prosecution of intellectual property rights. Reconciling outgoing correspondence and attorney comments against docket due dates in order to clear the docket. Responsible for continuing to develop and update knowledge of IP rules and procedures. Prepares timely customized reports and resolves inaccuracies and problems. Job Requirements: B.A. or B.S. degree preferred 3+ years of IP docketing experience within a law firm a plus. Experience with the CPi docketing system a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft office Requires extreme attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Work Environment & Physical Demands: This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, telephones, printers, and copiers. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The salary ranges for this position apply to the respective listed locations. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position.
