You will be accountable for leading industry standard process, technology, and analytics to support supply chain and the integrated business planning (IBP) process. Responsibilities + Leads a center of expertise of advanced analytic capability that drives profitable business decision making. + Partner cross-functionally to provide process oversight & governance for IBP S&OE & related processes – including above the line and below the line to deliver short- and long-term business results. + Lead continuous improvement roadmap to improve maturity across IBP competencies, build long term capability of using data insights to improve statistical models & forecasts. + Partner to deploy change management/ coaching programs to help teams continuously improve in IBP maturity. + Oversee Technology (Blue Yonder, ORI, Power BI, other) and Process Development to enable our maturity evolution and enable IBP and S&OE to be powerful, decision-making processes – focused on reducing complexity. + Sets up governance with clear roles, decision rights, and policies and incentives that promote behaviors to drive the organization to achieve its mission. + Directs, trains and develops a team of IBP Analysts. Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent + 10+ years’ experience in business planning and technology. Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred. Experience should include one or more of the following: Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics and Distribution, Manufacturing and Supply Chain consulting. + Strong data analytics leadership with executive level communication, influencing skills, and strong ability to develop and deliver recommendations. + Proven experience in defining meaningful insights and solutions to action is necessary to be successful in the role. + Proven experience managing large projects and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams. + Proven experience in the development of statistical tools grounded in data science. + Planning system expertise (Blue Yonder, ORI, PowerBI preferred).
