Our growing team is in need of a Deltek ERP System Administrator to manage and maintain our Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint ERP system. You will be responsible for ensuring the system's availability, performance, security, and compliance with our business requirements and best practices. You will also provide technical support and training to our end users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades and enhancements. What You Will Do: * Serve as primary lead and technical resource as WSB migrates from Deltek Vision to Vantagepoint * Liaise with WSB staff and Deltek to perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, respond to internal support tickets, solve technical issues, perform version upgrades, deploy new functionality, and communicate important changes to end users. * Administer the Deltek Vision/VantagePoint system including application installation, configuration, customization, and support. * Develop custom functionality within the ERP to support improved business processes which includes creating new custom data objects, automation workflows, reports, dashboards, and so on. * Maintain development, testing, and production environments for the ERP system. * Implement and enforce system security policies and controls. * Assist in the migration of data from other ERP systems as WSB grows and acquires firms. * Lead user adoption initiatives for new functionality including developing communications and training with support from power users on an ongoing basis. * Collaborate with other IT staff and vendors to ensure the integration and compatibility of the Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint system with other applications and systems. What You Will Bring: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, or equivalent experience * At least 2 years of experience in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint system administration or a related role * Experience in system security, compliance, and audit requirements. * Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Our Preferred Candidate Will Have: * Experience with Deltek Costpoint modules, databases, and integrations. * Experience migrating databases from other ERP systems to Vantagepoint. * Experience initiating and managing technical projects from kickoff to closeout. * Experience designing and deploying new systems features and functionality to meet business needs while accounting for the user experience. * Knowledge of common business operations such as project management, financial systems, marketing, and HR.
