Responsibilities: Serves as a business liaison/intermediary between ITS and business end users Translate business requirements and user expectations to Business requirement document Develops and manages business and user requirement specifications; leads analysis and verification to ensure consistency, traceability, feasibility and completeness; recommends and implements process improvement Working on the raw data for data profiling and analysis Conversion of source to target mapping from Teradata and Oracle based architecture to Hadoop based system for conversion projects Create Adhoc report for business using Teradata, Impla and Tableau Analyzes, validates and develops business and technical process solutions; develops system requirements, and leads implementation efforts Design and validate ETL specifications by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and other ETL solutions Create various documents such as Business requirement document, High Level Design and Test Strategy document Requirements: SQL Skills, Excel Data Skills, Tell the story through Jira so developer knows what needs to be coded Need to put artifacts into Jira and make sure there are no issues during sprints Hadoop - Platform where all the data lands, so where all campaign execution happens in Hadoop (Enterprise data lake) Teradata Jira Alteryx is nice to have Python/Jupyter/Dremio are nice to have Prior Banking/Financial Services is preferred; Marketing is also nice 12 months for now (Could do C2H, but not guaranteed) Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
