We’re seeking 3 HR Customer Service Representative to work at a national leader in the Banking industry in a Hybrid location in Downtown Minneapolis, MN. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.

Payrate: $17.10

Schedule: 9:30am – 6pm Monday – Friday

Job Description:

  • They will be in the office for 3 months during the training period. After the 3 months, will move to hybrid where it is in office for 3 days and remote work for 2.

  • As new permanent positions open, the contractor will have an opportunity to apply for an open role. if no open roles, we will continue to extend with good performance

  • Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, customer requests and problems.

  • Researches and resolves problems and errors. Identifies products and services that meet customers' needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Professional communication skills

  • At least 6 months of customer service
