Description We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries, processing customer applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records
• Actively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Use skills in customer service, video communication, and healthcare to provide top-notch customer service
• Utilize R Code, offshore resources, and TRICARE knowledge to improve customer experiences
• Ensure compliance with NIS and other regulatory standards in all customer interactions. Requirements • Applicant must possess exceptional Customer Service skills, with a proven ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Familiarity with video conferencing tools is essential, as the role may involve interacting with clients through virtual meetings.
• Knowledge of HealthCare.gov is a must, indicating the candidate's ability to navigate and understand health insurance marketplace procedures and policies.
• Proficiency in R Code is required, reflecting the candidate's ability to handle data analysis tasks related to customer feedback and service metrics.
• Experience in Offshore operations is desirable, demonstrating the candidate's ability to work in a global, potentially remote, team environment.
• Understanding of TRICARE health program is crucial, as the role may involve assisting military service members and their families with their healthcare needs.
