The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00

Position Summary:

As a Compliance Analyst, you will support the Governance, Regulatory and Compliance (GRC) team to evaluate and create programs and activities that support Owned Brand (OB) product compliance. This position will support the creation, execution and management of these activities and programs through inception to steady state. This position will also provide support for the 3 pillars within GRC: Regulatory Affairs, Compliance and Quality Program Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and administration of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system and standard operating procedures

  • Support the team in creation and management of PSQR internal claims process to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

  • Support the team in the creation and management of risk mitigation strategies based changing business needs and regulatory environment

  • Assist with metrics dashboard creation/update to demonstrate compliance

  • Assist with the standardization of metrics and policy/procedure adherence information collection

  • Assist with risk analysis and be able to contribute to risk mitigation and response

  • Help establish metrics and reporting capabilities to identify trends, evaluate process effectiveness, and recommend improvements or solutions to identified risks

  • Assist in the creation and management of an effective GRC communication strategy to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement

  • Support the creation and management of an International Compliance Program to support OB expansion in Wholesale

  • Support Target’s claims process to ensure Regulatory compliance

  • Support Quality Assurance teams during claims validation as needed

  • Work with cross functional technology team to propose/improve technology solutions that support compliance program

  • Development of a global mindset through working with a highly connected global team

  • Partner with QA, Legal and Compliance team to follow up on compliance issues that require investigation

  • Other duties as assigned

About you:

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
