Apple Roofing is currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee commercial roofing projects and ensure their successful completion.

The Commercial Superintendent / Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish

  • Create and maintain project schedules

  • Allocate resources and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards

  • Resolve any project issues or conflicts that may arise

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in commercial roofing
