Position Overview:

As a Chat Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer support through online chat channels. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a friendly and professional demeanor. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, helping to build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through online chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.

  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and contribute to a positive working environment.

  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Can type 60-70+ WPM.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Availability to work 1st or 2nd shift, some weekends as needed.
