The purpose of this position is to actively drive the change management workstream of a large-scale project, working in partnership with the project manager, corporate communications, training, and several other key project team members, The role will create a change management plan, including producing deliverables defined in the plan. Throughout the life cycle of the project, this role is expected to ensure key stakeholders are informed and engaged and ensure company and industry standard change management methodologies and tools are utilized. Responsibilities: Develop a change management plan for the successful rollout of the new portal including: Managing a stakeholder engagement plan Identifying and tracking progress toward project-specific change metrics Managing Impact Assessment plan, articulating impacts by role across the organization so that the information can be used in communication, training and change plans. Managing stakeholder engagement & change champion plans, working with communications resources to draft updates for project team members to share within their organizations Managing comprehensive training plan, working with SME resources to ensure appropriate training method is determined, training materials are created/reviewed, training schedule is coordinated and executed for necessary audiences Managing communication plan, working with corporate communication and SME resources to ensure appropriate enterprise & internal HR communications are created/reviewed/distributed following the plan Attend project meetings to track changes that will impact stakeholders to ensure changes are addressed in communication and training. Assist project manager, owner, and sponsor with change management work as it arises including proactively identifying risks to successful change adoption within the project and working collaboratively to develop and implement appropriate responses.
