Genesis10 Business Program Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Genesis10 is seeking a Business Program/Project Coordinator for a 6 month contract with our client in Minneapolis, MN. Must be on site 3 days a week. Job Description: Responsible for collecting, documenting, and maintaining progress updates for assigned project in a detailed and accurate status tracker. Lead efforts to identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities to drive more efficient and effective status tracking. Key Responsibilities: Data collection and maintenance: Own and maintain a detailed status tracker to capture progress on key project actions. Partner closely with HR Business Partner team to collect updates and enter those updates into the tracker in a timely manner. Ensure the information in the tracker is accurate and consistent. Provide timely information to team member responsible for consolidating and reporting to project leadership and serve as their back-up as needed. Monitor progress: Regularly assess progress to ensure established milestones, objectives and timelines are being met. Gather information and analyze issues across the team. Proactively escalate challenges and, where possible, potential solutions to leadership. Help ensure teams responsible for delivering project have the support they need to remove roadblocks. Schedule and prepare for regular progress monitoring meetings, summarize and distribute action steps, owners and follow up items. Improve processes: Lead efforts to identify process improvement opportunities. Evaluate how different tools and/or automation could be utilized. Own the development and execution of process solutions that will drive more efficient and effective status tracking. Required Basic Qualifications: Experience providing project support, including data collection, documentation, and/or tracking Excellent communication skills and ability to develop effective working relationships Strong attention to detail, organization skills, follow-through, and problem-solving skills Continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to drive efficiencies Advanced excel skills Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $ We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
