Associate Marketing Manager Location: Minneapolis, MN, US Job Family: Marketing Country/Region: United States The Associate Marketing Manager (AMM) position supports and/or leads short & long-term strategic marketing responsibility for Service and Consumer Marketing within Chronic Care Division. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the continued development and implementation of the Ambassador program, consumer engagement toolbox for Territory Managers, support of consumer campaigns and healthcare professional (HCP) Coloplast Care marketing activities. The AMM works closely with the Service and Consumer Marketing team, members of the Consumer Services team, our field sales teams and across the organization local & global. Major Areas of Accountability Lead the continued development and execution of the Ambassador program Drive the development of a simple and actionable strategy and toolbox to support consumer engagement for field sales Support content development for consumer facing campaigns Support HCP marketing and engagement activities for the Coloplast Care program Ensure high touch, collaboration and partnership with a variety of local and global individuals and teams Maintain a solid understanding of the market by monitoring the competitive marketing activity, identifying trends or changes that will impact business, and recommending actions and contingency plans to maximize opportunities for Coloplast Basic Qualifications 2 years Marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare field Demonstrated ability to work across functions to prioritize and drive strategic objectives Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a strong sense of accountability Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems with minimal direction and make decisions with confidence Aptitude to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines Approximately 25% travel (minimum twice per quarter) BS/BA required, Business or Marketing preferred Coloplast employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies.
