As an Associate Manager, Field Service, you will lead a diverse team of Field Technicians within your designated Region to develop their individual talents while driving the performance of the MedSurg and Neurotechnology Instrument Business Unit. 50% travel.

What You Will Do:

  • You will lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth

  • Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers

  • You will champion data analysis to drive insights and decision-making within a rapidly growing business

  • Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them more efficient

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 6 years of relevant work experience

  • 2 years people leadership preferred

  • Vendor management experience preferred

  • SAP experience is a plus

  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM

$85,500 -$147,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
