RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their use-cases and gather requirements for collaboration solutions.

  • Present technical information in non-technical terms to users and management.

  • Develop solutions within the MS365 toolsets including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

  • Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions.

  • Support all phases of the software development lifecycle for developed solutions.

  • Communicate project statuses effectively to internal collaboration & automation team and business partners.

  • Provide input to the internal collaboration & automation team for planning, estimating, and scheduling of work.

  • Provide tier 1 support of MS365 deployed solutions, including outside of normal business hours on occasion.

  • Maintain existing MS365 solutions, including break/fix and enhancements.

  • Monitor usage and activity of new and existing MS365 solutions.

  • Proactively seek out opportunities for improvement of MS365 solutions based upon usage findings.

Level of position will be determined based on experience and skillset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar subject

  • 2-5+ years relevant work experience in the Microsoft 365 suite of development tools specifically SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate

  • 2-5+ years designing & developing SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate solutions

  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to gather detailed technical requirements to design and develop enterprise solutions from beginning to end

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Tested problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Strong pattern of initiative.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident or have the authorization to work in the United States

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft .NET languages

  • Experience developing and writing technical documentation

  • Experience with Lotus Notes

LOCATION: Austin, MN (Global Headquarters) preferred. Remote work opportunity available for candidates based in the Midwest area.

A comprehensive relocation package to the Austin, MN area will be offered, if required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel may be necessary 10% of the time; more frequent travel may be necessary if working remotely.
