"Ameriprise Financial has an exciting opportunity for an Advisor Lending Senior Manager to join our team! This position will work with top financial advisors seeking financing to grow their businesses through practice acquisitions and to plan for succession. The individual in this role will contribute to the overall success of our Advisor Lending business by providing financial and operational support and leadership. Responsibilities include program execution and ongoing program development involving financial analysis, relationship building across the organization, issue resolution, report development, identification and mitigation of risks and process refinement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and communicate in depth, complex analysis used to determine future implications of potential business decisions.Manage program execution delivery to meet quality, schedule and milestone commitments.Lead program expectations, scope, risk and changes ensuring deliverables are met in an accurate and timely fashion.Perform end-to-end business case analysis looking at quantitative and qualitative aspects of a decision. Provide preliminary recommendation based on these analyses.Accountable for continual tracking and analysis of program performance through report development. This includes development of new reporting and analysis, used to proactively identify issues that are worthy of further root cause analysis. Partner with team and leadership to deal with them. Review results with VP level business partners to collaboratively resolve critical issues.Partner across organizations to ensure dependent processes are performing effectively and issues addressed proactively.Provide direct leadership to a program manager including mentoring, development and sharing of expertise to drive team results.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent7-10 years of experienceIn-depth Financial AnalysisPossess skills to write to different audiences (including corporate and advisor force) in a way that clearly ties initiatives to how those employees conduct business, resulting in effective and lasting uptake.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including networking, conflict resolution, negotiating, and influencing.Proven ability to lead, build, influence and maintain positive relationships with key business partners to drive initiatives.Proven project management skills with results.Ability to assimilate information and connect the dots on varying firm-wide initiatives that affect teaming.Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.Ability to work independently with high initiative and comfortable working in a team environment.Ability and desire to learn new skills and shift priorities/responsibilities to meet the needs of the business.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with and demonstrating results engaging with Ameriprise Franchise Group; familiarity with Ameriprise field organizations.About Our CompanyWe're a diversified financial services leader with more than $1 trillion in assets under management and administration.
