REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance Technician/Janitor needed in Point Pleasant area. No HS/Equivalent required. Driver's License required if have to drive from one site to another. Background check is completed if offered employment. No drug screening. Previous property maintenance and/or renovation/janitorial experience preferred but not required. Will train. Must have own tools. DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Tech/Janitor is responsible for the daily upkeep and repair of the property as well as cleaning and preparation of vacant units for occupancy. The position is 40 hours a week. Will work at Point Pleasant Site. Daytime hours Monday - Friday. Pay will be discussed at interview.
