What you’ll do:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk works as a staff member of the Finance Department team. Primarily responsible for the day-to-day administrative business relating to the activities required to process accounts receivable. This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and is based in the Minden, NV Office.

To be considered, you should:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prefer three years of accounts receivable experience including billing, cash applications, and B2B collections."

  • Possess aptitude with office systems and be very detail-oriented. Great Plains proficiency a plus. Strong excel skills preferred.

  • Industry or related experience with government agency billing and collections, including dealing with state Medicaid programs, preferred but not required.

  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
