Job Description
製品のＬＣＭの観点で、安定供給を実現する為、継続的且つ効果的なプロセス構築・改善の企画・立案・実行をリードする。
【担当製品】
医薬事業本部製品全般： CT/MR/ 超音波造影剤、 PET/SPECT 核種（脳神経疾患、心疾患領域）
• 常に顧客目線にて、コマーシャル全般のプロセスを構築し、高いレベルでのオペレーションを実現し定着させる。
• 多方面のメンバーと連携し、コマーシャル活動を支援し顧客満足の最大化を図る。
• 社内外のパートナーシップにより、ソリューションプロバイダーとしての力を高めビジネスの成功に貢献する。
【求める経験】
• 製薬業界での経験が 5年以上
• 高い問題解決能力を有する。
• 卓越したコミュニケーション能力を有する。（傾聴・理解力、分析力）
• 幅広い知識とネットワークを活用し高い実行力と行動力を有する。
•ビジネスレベルの英語とネイティブレベルの日本語力
•日本での就労許可
【 あれば望ましい条件 】
• 製薬の経験（プロダクトマネージメント含む）が 10 年以上
• 画像診断装置及び造影技術・造影剤に関する知識を有する。
• ＣＳ担当経験を有する。
• Microsoft Office の知識、および PC のスキル を有する
