Job Description

Summary of Job Description:

  • Grow the Parkinson’s Disease business by strengthening marketing activities and contribute to the Parkinson’s Disease patients and their caregivers.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for new product and/or new indication launch by working closely with brand team leader and brand team members.

  • Develop, implement and manage best-in-class marketing programs utilizing digital technology to ensure successful market share growth and product sales increase for short-term and long-term.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement our strategy

  • Identify new opportunities and ways to better meet customers’ needs for short-term and long term

  • Develop marketing strategy with various stakeholders (in English and Japanese)

  • Support senior brand manager for product portfolios and product life cycle plans

  • Manage to the promotional budget with the senior brand manager

  • Work collaboratively with other functions (medical, sales and other marketing team etc.) within the company to facilitate implementation of commercial and medical programs for the products

  • Communicate brand strategy to sales force clearly for flawless implementation

  • Participate in global and Japan Asia Pacific regional conferences and congresses.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Abilities:

  • 3+ years of Marketing experience in pharma industry (sales experience, Specialty product experience, Neuroscience experience, and New Product / indication launch experience are preferred)

  • Effective communication (in Japanese: N1 level and English: TOEIC >800): clear, concise, and persuasive

  • Skills in utilizing digital technology

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong project management skills, multitasking skills

  • Analytical ability and an innovative mindset

  • Ability to work in matrix / cross-functional environment which includes influence to the people on no direct report line.

  • Advanced written and spoken English

  • Autonomy, independence and assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essential

  • Good fit with the ways we work

  • University degree or above
