Description

Robert Half is searching for a talented and motivated .NET Core developer to join our growing team of Full Time Engagement Professionals. You will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of our mission-critical applications using the latest .NET technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using ASP.NET Core and .NET Core

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions

  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the .NET ecosystem

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards

  • May also assist with DevOps tasks such as CI/CD pipeline development

    Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience developing with .NET Core and C#

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles (OOP)

  • Experience with ASP.NET Core MVC or Razor Pages

  • Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases

  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit)

  • Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git)

  • Experience with either React or Angular

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A passion for software development and a continuous learning mindset

Bonus Points

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)

  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)

  • Experience with API development (e.g., RESTful APIs)

  • Experience with web frameworks like Blazor (in addition to React or Angular)

  • Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer)
