ManpowerGroup Virtual - Sr. Corporate Recruiter (CST/EST) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

We are seeking a virtual, Senior Corporate Recruiter with exceptional consultative communication skills to engage with our client's senior level leadership. This role requires a strategic partner who can effectively understand and address the unique hiring needs of corporate functions, including but not limited to Legal, HR, and Finance. The ideal candidate must reside in the CST or EST time zone and be adept at building strong relationships while delivering top talent in a fast-paced virtual environment. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract high-caliber candidates who align organizational goals.

What you need:

  • 5+ years of Corporate Recruitment experience, preferably Leadership, Finance, HR, and Legal.

  • Must reside in Central or Eastern time zone.

  • Must be able to be highly consultative, provide excellent relationship building abilities, and have the ability to influence/guide the client
