As a Van Driver in our Transportation Department, your main responsibility will be ensuring our guests have pleasant and more importantly, a safe ride to and from General Mitchell International Airport or any other authorized transport. Shift time: 4:00AM - 8:00AM. What will you be doing? Responsible for transporting guests safely and securely. Greeting guests at the Hotel\'s Main Entrance. Provide customer service in a professional and friendly manner. Must be knowledgeable about the Greater Milwaukee Area and General Mitchell International Airport. Direct and consistent communication with the Transportation Supervisor. Inspect van for cleanliness prior to transport and address issues as necessary (ie. snow removal, vacuuming, trash removal from previous transports, etc) Expected to fuel vans to ensure appropriate fuel levels for transport. Report any vehicle maintenance issues to Transportation Supervisor (ie. oil changes, low air in tires, damages to vehicle, etc.) Perform other duties as assigned. What do you bring to the role? Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Background Screening following Company Policy. Must have the ability to sit and drive for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 35lbs (ie. luggage, boxes, other). Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry. Must be available to work on the weekends.
