OVERVIEW

We are seeking out a driven, dynamic and experienced Tour Coordinator who is looking to

utilize their people skills and marketing expertise. The position requires 100% travel as you tour

the country to execute experiential events that promote and demonstrate the latest and

greatest of our client’s products and services. The Tour Coordinator will assist the Tour

Manager in leading a mobile marketing tour including managing local staff, driving the

promotional vehicle, and acting as a brand educator/spokesperson. The events will vary weekto-

week and will include everything from retail events to sporting events to festivals to concerts

to state fairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Activate at each event, demonstrating Client's products and services.

Managing all onsite activities for setup through event activation and teardown ensuring proper

storage and maintenance of all event site elements.

Thorough weekly event recaps that include online written reports with event highlights, key

learnings, photos, etc.

Booking crew hotels and submitting expense reports on online database, managing premium

distribution, and reporting weekly inventory.

Training and managing on-site local temp staff and signing staff timesheets at completion of

event.

Tracking corporate credit card charges and submitting expense reports, and reviewing Crew

Member expense reports.

Train and manage temp staff during events.

Take photos and video footage during events.

Set-up/tear down of event site.

Regular event site checks for any irregularities or needs.

Stand for extended periods of time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Promotional/marketing experience

3+ years of driving experience with different promo vehicles such as RVs, food trucks, pulling

trailers, etc.

Strong relationship-building and time management skills.

Being tech savvy a plus.

Must be: Professional, organized, administratively savvy (Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word,

Google Docs, and PowerPoint) and outgoing.

Communicative with internal Product Connections staff.

Able to get along with other crew members.

Able to lead and motivate a team, successful at resolving conflict.

Flexible and able to adapt well to challenging situations.

Available to travel continuously throughout the duration of tour (24 weeks).

Able to connect and interact with event attendees and engage a crowd.

Able to lift up to 50+ lbs with the physical attributes to complete an event site setup.

Salary Starting at

$1,700.00 - $2,200.00 / wk
