Position Summary Under supervision by department leadership, performs CLIA regulated and clinical contract research testing. Interacts with customers, providing a high level of customer service to resolve customer concerns about sample acceptability and results. Supports preparation of laboratory reagents and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment. Supports the training of junior and peer staff members. Performs higher level interpretation of testing results and test panels. Responsibilities Understand and perform to all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements. Perform testing, as scheduled. Support sample evaluation and processing, as needed. Perform on call, weekend, and holiday work, as scheduled. Perform reagent preparation, as scheduled.
