Primary Duties and Responsibilities Job Duties may include: 3 years of experience with at least one OS/hosting platform 3 to 5 years experience with managing and supporting at least one Desktop Virtualization platform such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or VMware Horizon 3 years experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, PowerCLI, and/or Python. and or other programming languages. 3 years of experience with desktop image creation and image updates. 3 years of experience with Infrastructureas Code concepts and toolinglike CI/CD, GIT, Terraform, and Bicep. Experience with Cloud-based and On-Prem Networking Experience with Cloud-based PaaS and SaaS platforms and integration points to On-Prem infrastructure Experience with application & profile virtualization or containerization Experience with monitoring, performance, and optimization of systems Experience with configuration management using tools like Group Policy, Intune Policy, etc. In-depth knowledge of immediate systems you work on and some knowledge of adjacent systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills within area of expertise. Understanding of high-availability concepts. Experience with multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
