JOB REQUIREMENTS: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 1:45pm-10:15pm \$50K-\$55K 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 9:45pm-6:15am \$55k-60K Position Overview: As a Production Supervisor at a Bakehouse, you play a crucial role in leading the production and packaging of our products, ensuring compliance with customer and internal specifications. Supervises/Oversees Job Titles: All shift production employees Major Responsibilities: Lead by example and foster a supportive team environment. Oversee the production and packaging of products according to customer/internal specs. Supervise the development of all shift employees. Implement necessary changes to employees and equipment for company efficiency and quality standards. Ensure cleaning meets company standards through swab testing and follow-up inspections. Monitor and record necessary data at required intervals. Supervise general housekeeping duties to comply with food safety standards. Conduct general inspections of equipment, troubleshoot basic mechanical issues, and report repair needs to maintenance. Food and Personnel Safety Related Job Duties: Follow/support all of the company food safety and personnel safety procedures from annual training. Alert maintenance or safety to any mechanical or unsafe conditions. Notify QA and Management of any food safety issues or concerns. Other Responsibilities: Perform tasks assigned by the Plant Manager. Required Training: Complete food safety, personnel safety, and positional training as scheduled. Enforce safety and sanitation regulations. Keep records of employees\' attendance and hours worked. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to walk/stand on your feet for up to 8 hours or more. Effective English reading/writing skills. Proficiency in mathematics (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, percentages).
