What You Will Contribute: The Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for completing the manufacturing deliverables for New Product Development Projects specializing in meters, registers, endpoints, or gateways (or a combination). The Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will be the primary lead on a project and responsible for following the established process, completing deliverables on time, and communicating status and roadblocks to the project manager. The Senior Engineer will mentor newer engineers in their projects and may delegate tasks as appropriate. They will identify and solve manufacturing challenges that arise during projects. They will be required to work cross-functionally and must be comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization. The Senior Engineer will also be a technical expert in a manufacturing technology (ex: leak testing, laser engraving, etc) ensuring standardization, documentation, and improvement of processes across the organization.
