JOB REQUIREMENTS: Sr Accountant - 2088 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: This position reports to the Director of Finance and sits in the corporate office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Essential Job Functions: * Lead technical accounting expert for the US Distribution team. Responsible for detailed analysis and preparation of complex journal entries: Percentage of Completion, Cost of Sales Accrual, Intercompany Transactions, and Revenue Recognition. * Leads the US Distribution control environment. * Main contract for policies and procedures. * Manages ERP approval workflows and interfaces with IT. Fulfills internal and external audit documentation requests. * Prepares regular and ad-hoc analysis for the Finance director or VP/GM of the business unit. * Prepares key account reconciliations. * Develop tracking, reporting, and revenue recognition processes for new product offerings.
