JOB REQUIREMENTS: Full job title: Software Development Engineering Sr Professional II Provide Tech Lead level of support for Fiserv proprietary product EnFact and its associated components. Create and review design solutions, perform research and analysis on production issues for resolution, and prepare and review code for complex design for Falcon and BOS applications. Participate and review business requirement, perform gap analysis and prepare the plan to enhance the existing system for Disaster Recovery. Coordinate with Application Portfolio leadership for Risk team and closely work to support the delivery cadence from offshore. Work with Program Manager for release scheduling of Risk EnFact Team. Participate in release, deployment and post-production meetings. Provide trainings on projects and walkthrough of Falcon and its associated components. Provide implementation support and monitoring of production installs. Analyze deployment instruction and raise/resolve the dependencies. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 4 years in any job title involving development experience of risk and payments services technologies.
