JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual Shift Lead Duties and Responsibilities: Level 1: Learns and complies with CORE requirements: Key Behaviors Company Policies GMP General Safety / PPE Learns and complies with area HOUSEKEEPING requirements during shift and shift hand off. Area of responsibility will include the following but whenever or wherever in the plant help maintain housekeeping: LINE 1- End of cooldown table and floors from cooldown area to exit doorways LINE 1- Dud reject table, air knife blowers, rails and conveyors Table tops and Control cabinets Executes QUALITY Plan Performs quality checks to ensure quality of product going into bottles Verifies bottle fill level meets requirements Verifies cap application meets requirements Verifies product color matches standard EQUIPMENT OPERATION and ADJUSTMENT: Demonstrated proficiency for 1 line Start up and shutdown of all fillers Fault recognition and jam clearance Line 1 coder basic operation Product changeover - Flavor change, product-to-product, product to water, water -to-product DOCUMENTATION: Tracks efficiency and downtime, quality checks (temperature, cap application, fill, color) Daily Equipment SANITATION performed at scheduled, unscheduled line stops and at end of shift -continuously (if needed) PERFORMANCE: Demonstrates ability to consistently perform the above duties and responsibilities delivering targeted levels of Safety, Quality, and Production Performance Demonstrated proficiency above for all fillers Level 2: Level 1 proficiency for ALL LINES plus below: Monitors and maintains EQUIPMENT/LINE CENTERLINE (speed, set-up points), performance and line flow.
